Custom 3D printing.
Production-grade FDM on a 300 × 300 × 400 mm build volume, PETG, PLA and TPU, 24 to 72 hour turnaround. Single prototypes with no minimum, through to production runs of a few hundred.

Reticulated foam filters.
Open-cell polyether polyurethane, reticulated for low airflow resistance, die-cut to your drawing. 20 to 80 PPI, from 5 mm thickness, washable rather than disposable.

- Aluminium brazing rods — flux-cored, seven diameters from 1.6 to 4 mm, 380 to 420 °C, AWS A5.8. Plus sizes, radiator repair and how to braze aluminium.
- PCB enclosures — built around your board rather than adapted to a stock box. Printed from one unit, moulded at volume, or sealed to IP65.
- Contract manufacturing — pilot batches through repeat production, one accountable team.
Design and assembly.
- Product design engineering — CAD from a brief or a sketch, design for manufacture, reverse engineering. Files are yours.
- Electro-mechanical assembly — enclosure, harness, board and mechanics integrated, wired and functionally tested. 10 to 10,000 units.
- IoT hardware development — sensing, firmware, gateway and dashboard, with the enclosure and filtration from the same floor.

What does AutoAircon actually do?
Four things that support each other. We design — mechanical, electro-mechanical and product engineering. We print — production-grade FDM in PETG, PLA and TPU. We manufacture — reticulated foam filters, aluminium brazing rods and PCB enclosures. And we assemble — turnkey electro-mechanical units, wired and tested. The point of the combination is that a project does not have to change supplier when it moves from one stage to the next.
Can I use you for just one part of a project?
Yes. Plenty of customers only ever buy foam, or only ever buy brazing rods, or send one file to be printed and nothing else. Nothing here is bundled — the integration is available if it helps you and ignorable if it does not.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer, with our own machines in Ghaziabad. That matters for two practical reasons: the turnaround on an urgent job is our decision rather than a subcontractor's, and when something is wrong with a part there is one accountable team rather than a chain of suppliers pointing at each other.
What size of customer do you work with?
Both ends, deliberately. Single prototypes for students, individuals and startups with no minimum order, and repeat production for established manufacturers. The engagement changes — a one-off print is a quote and a delivery, production is a scoped programme — but neither is treated as the less important one.
