    § 01 · Faridabad

    Why Faridabad teams call us.

Faridabad's manufacturing base is older and more metal-heavy than Noida's, and the printing it needs reflects that. Less consumer-product iteration, more keeping established machinery running: guards, guides, handwheels and spares for equipment whose original supplier stopped making parts for it years ago.

The characteristic Faridabad job is an obsolete spare. A machine from the 1990s needs a plastic component that was never stocked locally and is now unobtainable at any price, and the choice is between reproducing it and scrapping a working machine. That work is measurement, CAD and printing in sequence, and it is worth far more than the part costs. Alongside it runs steady demand for weld fixtures and checking aids from the component suppliers.

    What Faridabad orders.

    • Automotive componentsTier 2 and 3 suppliers — assembly fixtures, checking aids and low-volume housings.
    • Machine toolsGuards, handwheels, guides and obsolete spares for machines older than their spare parts supply.
    • Forging and fabricationPattern work, templates and weld-positioning fixtures.
    • Switchgear and electricalsInsulating covers, terminal shrouds and small-batch enclosures.
    § 04 · Capability

    What comes off the machines.

For automotive components work — the largest single source of Faridabad enquiries, mostly out of Sector 6 and Sector 24 — that usually means tier 2 and 3 suppliers — assembly fixtures, checking aids and low-volume housings.

The underlying capability is the same wherever we ship: production-grade FDM on a 300 × 300 × 400 mm build volume, 0.1 – 0.3 mm layer heights, PETG for functional and end-use parts, PLA for appearance and fit models, TPU for anything that has to flex. Send a STEP file for preference, or an STL, or a dimensioned drawing — or bring the physical part if it is being copied.

    • Functional parts and enclosures — printed to be used, not just looked at. See PETG printing.
    • Jigs, fixtures and gauges — production tooling in days rather than tool-room weeks. See jigs and fixtures.
    • Prototypes and design iterations — 24 to 72 hours a revision. See rapid prototyping.
    • Low-volume production — 50 to 500 end-use parts without tooling. See low volume production.
    • Flexible components — gaskets, seals and bumpers in TPU.

    § 05 · Faridabad questions

    Common questions.

Do you deliver to Faridabad and Ballabgarh?

Yes — Sectors 6, 24, 25 and 27A to 27D, NIT Faridabad, IMT Faridabad, the DLF Industrial Area and the Ballabgarh belt. Faridabad is about 50 km from the workshop and delivery is normally next working day by road.

Can you reproduce an obsolete machine spare from a sample?

Yes, and it is common Faridabad work. Send the original part, even broken, and we measure it and rebuild the geometry as a proper CAD model. You keep the model, so the next order is straightforward. Where a printed polymer will not survive the duty — high heat, continuous load, oil immersion — we will say so and suggest machining instead of selling you a part that fails.

Will a printed part hold up on a shop floor?

Printed correctly, for many applications yes. PETG with high wall counts and the right print orientation handles guards, guides, covers, handwheels and fixtures perfectly well. It is not a substitute for metal under sustained mechanical load or near heat, and we would rather turn a job down than supply a part that breaks in a fortnight.
